5. Sign the contract
After finalizing the design and budget, we prepare a detailed contract outlining the project’s scope, timelines, and payment terms. We ensure understanding and agreement before proceeding with legal formalities.
6. Commence the work
Once the contract is signed, we start works. We coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, stakeholders, overseen by experienced project managers. Regular updates keep you informed and involved throughout.
